Here's the answer: No. It's just as flexible and easy as before.
It's a simple enrollment - which means your space is reserved for the whole year - you'll never have to worry about someone taking your spot.
Helpful Tips for Kindermusik Families...
- It's a School Year Registration! - Because we average continuous enrollment from 85% of our families each year, we automatically re-enroll families from fall units to spring units. Each registration is a school year registration for the same day/time. In mid-January, we will be promoting students as appropriate to the next age level in partnership with parents. We are happy to transfer you to another day/time to accomodate a change in schedule. If you need to stop taking Kindermusik during the year, then let us know by December 1st. Otherwise, your registration and payments will continue through the spring. We do not take registrations on a month-to-month basis at this time.
- Inclement Weather Policy - Kathy's Music will follow the school district cancellations during inclement weather. If school is cancelled, then classes will be cancelled. We will primarily use Facebook and email to keep our families notified of changes due to Inclement Weather. We will reschedule cancelled classes. The JCC is always open!
- Returned Checks - If checks are returned due to insufficient funds, the customer will be charged a $25 processing fee.
- We Accept Credit Cards - Once processed, your statement will show a charge from "Simply Signup" for the registration amount.
- Parking - There is FREE parking behind the building and on the street in Mt. Lebanon, McMurray, and Robinson. Please do not park behind the building just to the west of our Mt. Lebanon space - thanks! The JCC offers garage parking below the building and across the street at the library.
- Registration - Enroll at any time. We prorate tuition!
- Makeup Class Policy - No refunds or discounts will be given for missed classes. Email us to schedule a makeup class.
- Non-Enrolled Siblings - Due to limited class sizes and the delicacy of the younger class settings, Village classes (0 to 1.5 yrs) and Our Time classes (1.5 to 3 yrs) can only accommodate non-enrolled siblings when the sibling is young enough to stay contented in a car carrier. GREAT NEWS!! If you are registered for Imagine That! or Young Child, your other children are welcome to join us at the end of class for Sharing Time. In addition, we are proud to offer classes for families with multiple children. Please see our Class offerings for more information.
